SSHJOIN processes account data (email, name, hashed password), optional billing identifiers from Stripe, and encrypted connection metadata when you enable cloud sync.
What we collect
- Account profile and authentication tokens
- Encrypted SSH credentials and keys if you use cloud sync
- Stripe customer and subscription identifiers
- Technical logs (IP, user agent) for security
Processors
Self-hosted PostgreSQL (database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI assistant, when you use it), Sentry (crash reports), and your SMTP provider for transactional email.
AI assistant
When you use the AI agent, SSHJOIN sends your prompt and a redacted terminal context to OpenAI from the API server. The API key never leaves the server. You can disable AI per connection. Destructive commands require your approval.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account with DELETE /api/users/me (password confirmation
required). Related connections, keys, tokens and workspace memberships are removed.
LGPD / GDPR
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@sshjoin.com.
